Sunday 26th of October, part 1: When Beth’s family moved into a sprawling World War II house, it seemed like a dream come true: bigger rooms, a huge garden, and even secret crawl-space cupboards for the kids to play in. But almost immediately, the house felt… different. Beth’s younger sister claimed she had a new friend named Belinda who lived in the cupboard, and soon “Belinda” became the family’s go-to explanation for every unexplained noise, missing object, or unlocked door. As Beth grew older, the eerie occurrences intensified, from seeing a pair of stocking-clad feet descend the stairs and vanish, to witnessing impossible events that defied explanation. This episode recounts the moments that sparked Beth’s lifelong obsession with the supernatural.
Wednesday 29th of October, part 2: Curiosity got the better of Beth and her sister Rhianne. Raised on ghost stories and their nana’s warnings, they decided to experiment with homemade Ouija boards. What began as a playful, weekend pastime quickly escalated. In this episode, Beth describes the night things went horribly wrong: six teenagers gathered around the dining table, candles flickering, a webcam recording—and the spirit they contacted was manipulative, violent, and disturbingly specific. From the planchette’s frantic movements to a light turning on in a locked garden shed, this chilling encounter ended their Ouija experiments for good and left questions that remain unanswered to this day.
Friday 31st October, part 3: Three years after leaving her parents’ haunted house, Beth returned to look after her younger sister, bringing along her skeptical boyfriend, E. One night, the sound of shattering glass shattered the calm as curtains in a locked room moved as if someone had entered. Convinced the house was being broken into, Beth and E rushed upstairs, only to discover no one was there. The police confirmed all windows were intact, leaving both shaken and questioning what they had just experienced. In this episode, Beth confronts the lingering darkness of her childhood home and explores the unsettling possibility that some things follow us, no matter how far we go.
