The independent podcast network are proud to support the comedy podcast awards as it returns for a second year.
Created by the team behind Cheerful Earful, the global festival of funny podcasts, the Lobes shine a light on the creators, moments, and shows that keep audiences laughing week after week.
Its inaugural year, which Mercury also proudly supported, was a roaring success, and featured nominations for both PastMaster and Verbal Diorama. Meanwhile, the hilarious Ghastly Women, which took home the award for Best Tangent, is also now part of the Mercury family.
Frank Sinner was in attendance to accept the Lobes Legend award.
“The Golden Lobes became an immediate staple on the podcasting calendar,” says Mercury founder Liam Heffernan.
